If you're there in person prepare to get attitude, if you order delivery expect to have your order wrong and waste $10 ..Missing one order of fries, salad missing bacon, avocado, and crispy chicken on my first app delivery ever.

I have eaten here 3 times now to give it a chance but each time the Double Char burgers were Super Dry and way Salty. The 2nd time I tried it I spent $68.00 dollars and the burgers were so salty my friends and I couldn't eat them. My dog wouldn't even eat them so that's super salty. But it's close to the apartment so I thought I would give it another chance. Nope, super salty again and so were the onion rings, the rings were unedible. And my dog turned his nose up at the burger patties again. So The Habit Grill is on the list of No Go Places.

Service is always terrible here. They always have one person on register when it's busy too, maybe it helps them to get the food prepared but that doesn't stop online orders in which they definitely need two expeditors for because apparently the guy that ran it this evening (1/31/24) loses tickets to orders placed in-house (whether it was placed for takeout or not it was still an in-house order) while stressing over larger orders. I personally have worked in a fast casual environment and tried to be patient with them for how busy they were, but we waited nearly 30mins just for a single shake that we had to go up to them to ask about it. My friend asked the guy on expo how long for the shake in which he never bothered to look for the ticket but proceeded to tell her she just needs to wait or she could have a shake that's been sitting out! No joke he legit said "I don't know how long they've been there but you can have it if you want" with melted whipped cream on top, in which I had to tell him "no I ordered mine with no whip" then he turned to his coworker, the girl at the milkshake machine, and told her to make one WOW I CANT BELIEVE IT WAS THAT EASY RATHER THAN OFFERING A MELTED SHAKE OR HAVING US WAIT LONGER FOR ONE SINGLE ITEM THATS NOT ON THE FOOD LINE then this girl (after hearing us ask about the shake) proceeds to put the shake on the same window that the other melted shakes had been left to die on for another person waiting 30mins to be offered one. Also if your job asks people for tips maybe fix your attitude towards the customers coming in, those rushes earn you good tips bc people empathize that y'all are stressed but y'all need to work on better customer service. And on a previous trip I ordered the fried green beans which online says comes with a sauce of my choice and I ordered an extra one, when I told the lady I only received one ranch she started catching an attitude saying I didn't pay for two, I didn't because again on the app it says it's ALREADY included. if the service it trash so is the food in my opinion because they leave you with such a nasty taste in your mouth after interacting with them. I should have just taken my dollar tip back lol smh y'all need actual work on hospitality. If it takes you nothing to take care of these things YOU DONT NEED TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE!! Please please please train these people better

I had a hankering for a plant-based burger so I stopped by Habit Burger. It was pretty crowded (1pm on a Saturday). Parking was fairly easy to find. They have kiosks where you can place your order right at the door. They sent the receipt right to my phone and texted me when the order was ready. The burger and fries were fresh and tasted good (fries could've used a little more salt).

I ordered To go, one BLT add avocado and two kids meals. But when I got my order, I didn't get avocado in my BLT. They left me disappointed so I left a 3 star review.

Service, so, so. Ordered from the kiosk, seems like few staff is on hand other than on the cook line. Food, certainly not up to par. The young man manning the fryer seemed to be on the ball, however the rest were not keeping up. There were trays with fries sitting (not under heat lamps) waiting for the sandwiches. By the time I picked up my order the fries were COLD. Dining room hygiene, abysmal. The dining area was a mess: trash on the floor, trash cans overflowing, don't think anyone was wiping off the tables. The condiment table was disgusting.

I am never going to understand why I order a salad from this place, and it never comes with salad dressing. I went out of my way tonight to add extra ranch because this is not the first time that this has happened to me. So I added extra dressings to ensure that I would get at least one dressing and low and behold, not one single salad dressing. I can not order from here ever again, and if you want a salad, I recommend not ordering from here. I would order a burger, but they don't have a gluten-free bun. So what am I supposed to order from here if I can not get what I ordered. Such a let down.

Both adults and seven year old loved the burgers and fries (regular and sweet potato), and the staff was friendly. We got a buzzer but not a long wait. Nice tables outside but noisy traffic and no attempt at ambiance. Planters between tables and a street buffer would make waiting for food more pleasantKid-friendliness: Seven year old enjoyed getting his own drink and refill. Placements and crayons would help the wait for food (very hungry!)
