Ordered double char with cheese and extra crispy fries and strawberry limeade drink. All of it was delicious. First time here. Will definitely be coming back.

Let me start off by saying that I’ve dined at various Habit Burger locations both in LA and San Diego over the years and have always enjoyed their food.

I stopped into this location a couple of weeks ago and had a double char meal. The burger tasted like it had some weird unexplainable Asian influence and the onion rings were rubbery. I tried to tell myself it wasn’t that bad because I didn’t want to ask for a refund and I’m not a fan of having a restaurant remake a meal, if you know what I mean 😉. I got about halfway through the burger before I just couldn’t stand it anymore. I went to the front counter and asked for a refund. The guy stood there for a few minutes punching away at the POS and ultimately asked me to write my information down. This was the first red flag but once again, tried not to think too much of it and gave them my info.
A WEEK goes by and still no refund. I returned to the restaurant and spoke to the same manager. He assured me he put in the refund himself and that it might take up to 5 biz days and I should be receiving it that day or next.
NOW 2 WEEKS after dining here and no refund. I returned to the restaurant today, spoke to a different manager that then wrote down the district manager Mallory‘s number for me to call.
This is getting a little bit ridiculous at this point, but whatever.
I called Mallory and she explains that when she looked into processing the refund she was told that I finished my meal. I explained to her I did NOT finish my food.. but multiple times throughout the conversation she mentions they don’t process refund for a meal that’s been finished. She overall just had a lack of customer service ability. She doesn’t understand that when a customer is frustrated and upset they need to be heard and validated. That doesn’t seem to be a thing in her world. She said she would make an exception and process the refund this time. And went back to the whole reiterating they don’t normally process refunds. And I had to explain to her that decision was based off the mis-information that she was given that I had finished the meal. This whole process of having to return to this restaurant multiple times and then having to call a district manager just to end up with NO REFUND is absolutely outrageous!!
They’ve lost a very loyal customer, which I explained to Mallory before she hung up on me.

Grace is such a great asset to the team. Always is so attentive and informative. Anytime me and my coworkers go she always has a smile on her face even when the place is packed during the lunch rush. Great customer service is becoming less frequent in many establishments now in days. I'm writing this in hopes that her hard work is recognized because her customer service is a big reason why we continue to visit this location. Keep up the great work Miss Grace!

Great burgers and fries for a fast food joint! Look at spending about 20 bucks for burger fries and a drink depending on the burger of course. Free pepper bar. First time eating at this chain and can't wait for one to open in Clackamas

I highly recommend it if you want good quality burgers.

Love their burgers and their tempura green beans! This location had the radio up really loud—we had to shout at each other across the table. Fries were extremely salty but they remade some for us without salt altogether. They were so yummy! As always, the char burger was fantastic!

The burger was fine but what made the experience so awful was the fact that we had to wait 20 minutes for a burger and fries. The inside was nothing to write home about and the burger had good flavor, but if I’m hungry for a burger I want my burger now.

Took my 2 young grandchildren to the San Diego Habit Burger on Rosecrans.

I placed my order with the employee. The kid’s order off the Kid’s Menu, and mine off the regular menu. The employee interrupted me during my order and asked “How old is the girl ?” My granddaughter turned 11 last month…so I answered “she’s 11 years old”

Then the employee informed me that I was NOT allowed to order off the “kids menu” for her.
She asked me to read the fine print on the wall “kids menu - 10 yrs old and younger”
What? Unbelievable.

I’ll never eat there again.

Maria, the manager needs to stop eating while she’s on the clock and ringing up customers and handling food trays without washing her hands. It’s never good luck and let’s hope and pray no one gets ill or sick from her unprofessional behavior. Next time I’ll take video and photos and post.

Quality food items and pleasant staff, but they are hampered by mediocre management. Been there twice. Their playlist has five songs, on repeat! It's like they are trying to torture employees and prevent anyone from staying there longer than 15 mins. They also were out of eggs for the Cobb salad
