I ordered my food off of UberEats, I ordered the original impossible burger (no tomatoes, no mayo) , green beans (with ranch), and a sundae. I was missing the sundae, the ranch I ordered was missing, and napkins. There was a spoon in the bag FOR A SUNDAE I NEVER GOT! I called and they told me to come back so they can make it. I went there and got the sundae, ranch, and more green beans because they gave me a small portion the first time. I make my way back home and my burger is cold I heat it up and once I start eating it I realize there is mayo in my burger, the lettuce tasted old, slimy, brown, undercooked, and instead of the pickles that are supposed to come with the burger I got CUCUMBERS!!!! This is truly ridiculous I couldn’t even enjoy my food that I paid money for and just threw it away, this was the worst experience I ever had at a Habit restaurant and I typically order from the habit often, but this is my first and last time at this location!!

Habit Burger Grill carries a strong quality brand with delectable flavor at their Mira Mesa and La Mesa locations. Exterior and interior clean and well cared for. Parking a premium because their BUSY. Welcoming atmosphere, crowded and noisy but a couple delicious bites you forget about that. Everything delicious so far and on my short list for a scrumptious burger Love the fries, onion rings and the tempura green beans! Gosh, I'm writing my way to another visit or delivery!

I absolutely recommend the patty melt. I have never been disappointed with this sandwich. this sandwich is something that I would expect to be served in a sit down full service restaurant. It's only around for a short time, so take advantage of the offer when you hear or see it's available. the shakes are delicious too. they have the three flavors. I like all three. The proper amount of thickness and not too sweet. they will serve it in two individual cups to share.Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair access adjacent to disabled parking spaces.

Bad expensive food and bad service. Like starbucks but with hamburgers. Every time I go to the drive thru it takes forever. Last time I went (after waiting behind two cars that took 15 minutes) they tried to charge me for green beans which I didn't order. Food was terrible as well. Either so sauced up that the bun falls apart or so dry that i might as well be eating cardboard. You need to fire incompetent morons and hire people who take pride in their work. Fast food shouldn't be toilet food. People want it because it's easy but that doesn't mean you should serve them trash. Pay a few intelligent employees well to make good food and provide good service.

Went through the drive through today....took forever but it was lunchtime....ordered the Double Char Burger Combo. It was good...hot food...both the burger and the fries. Super busy parking lot as this is in mall parking. I'll learn and only go after lunchtime in the future!
