Terrible experience traumatized my child. A worker with a Russian accent harassed my child for 10 minutes while he was using the restroom. She was unhinged and belligerent, banging on the bathroom door and screaming despite me telling her a child was in the (single stall) restroom. I spent over $50 on hamburgers just to have my child harassed and he left in fear. What type of people are you hiring? You've lost my families business forever. This is why people go to in n out.

The burger for my grandson was ok, but lost $4 paid for a drink when my order for NO ICE was ignored (how does "none" on an app order translate as EXTRA ice)we waited so long for the order, it made us late for appt so couldn't ask for a fix!
It was diluted to tasteless, colored water, which I intended to swap or get a refund, but never made it back there.

Ignoring the "little things" on an order, effectively wasting customers time and $, equals a "huge" bad impression, especially during a heat wave!

We love Habit Burger's food, but they always make us wait and they always seem to forget something when we order-- the ranch for a salad or one of the sides or straws or something. The staff at this location were very conscientious of our order and got it right ten minutes faster than the time predicted on the app. Good service and good food made for a great experience overall.

Awesome flavor in the food, however, expect to wait an unusual amount of time. It's very clear that nobody wants to work here, there must be something wrong with the motivation and management because I wouldn't trust these employees with a fan and a rope.

Someone please get them help.

Before today, I’d never been here (and I’ve live in Rancho Bernardo for more than 10 years lol). Order was done quickly. Staff was extremely helpful and kind (hard to find these days). Food was great. Got a Double Hamburger. No Bun. Sub Lettuce. No Mayo.

It's getting pricey to eat out and now they're charging for ranch. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Their burgers are just not worth the cost when other places nearby make a better burger anyways.

I placed an order for curbside pickup before I left home. It was a 12 minute drive to the restaurant. When I got there, I waited 20 minutes for them to bring my food out. I then went inside to ask about it. They hadn't even started making my order, but confirmed that they would start working on it "now". That was fifteen minutes ago as I'm typing this. This is unacceptable.I went back in to ask if my order was ready or for a refund if it wasn't. Turns out, it was ready and they just refused to bring my curbside pickup order outside and very smugly insisted that they called my name. If the receipt stapled to the side of the bag hadn't said "CURB SIDE" in large all-caps at the top right below my name, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Instead, their refusal to bring my order outside seems like a deliberate and spiteful retaliation. And yes, the food was cold and soggy.
