Honestly… I enjoy the freshness of everything- and I never feel yucky after eating here. The portions are plenty for me and the service is so fast because the line is always so long but they get through it beautifully!
Favorite spot on SDSU campus! Many vegetarian, vegan, halal meal combinations you can get. I’m vegan so a Falafel salad bowl is my go to. Staff are always friendly and helpful, including the student workers.
There is not enough time or words on this planet that can adequality praise Halal Shack. The dinning experience is nothing less than spiritual, may I say religious. In a world of darkness, pain, and misery the Shack is my refuge. My life hangs off of Halal Shack like the Shawarma hangs on the rotating stick. To say the least, the atmosphere is extraordinarily comforting. The perfectly simple basmati rice is delectably seasoned, and perfectly complements your choice of protein....
