This is the best butcher shop in town. You can ask for a "Texas style" brisket and they know what you're talking about!
So grateful for these guys, every interaction with them is amazing. They are so knowledgeable, patient when answering questions and I love they are a whole animal butcher. Their quality of meat is the best of the best.
Great place with great service. Has good selection of meats for grilling and smoking. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I always call ahead to verify if they have the meat I'm looking for in stock. If they don't currently have the meat, they have provided the date that it will be back in stock every time. Small butcher that provides to a large area, so recommend calling ahead. Best butcher around by far.

I have been shopping here for about two years !! The absolutely best meat in town !!! Deigo is amazing & fun to chat with & the butchers are extremely accommodating ! Reminds of of the local butcher in the 1960’s ❤️
I drove all the way from El Cajon for two items: rib eye grass fed steak, and beef liver, and they didn't have either one! "Try back Friday" they said. I was there on a Tuesday. How does a place that calls itself a butcher shop go half a week without keeping such a basic steak, as ribeye, in stock! And their prices are sky high! If these jokers are still in business a year from now, I'll be surprised. I won't waste my time going back there.
I wanted to love this place as much as many of the other reviewers have. I unfortunately ran into similar customer service issues as well.
good quality and great selection of meats. They also carry a large amount of more exotic meats in the freezers. Go here for your high end steaks for special treatment.

Greatest butcher shop around. Ignore all the non meat eaters who are about cancel culture, this place is bomb!!!highly recommend!
