The drinks are good, the prices are decent. Great staff. Good food, but way over salted. Not a neighborhood bar, it needs to be more mellow and low key, just way too much stimulation from all the screens and noise. It needs more hygge. How about live music? Or something more authentic? This isn't it.

Huge disappointment. After waiting a couple of years for the cozy neighborhood bar has reopened to a warehouse atmospher that is cold both physically and astetically. Waitress had no personality. PROS: the ranch dressing was really good Great location CONS: Buffalo chicken bowl, fries were cold, cheese sauce made them mushy, the pre-made chicken tenders were hard after they cut them then fried them. Totally inedible. I took 3 bites and couldn't continue. I would have said something but we did not see our waitress for some time. When she fid come back I told here about the inedible chicken and all she asked is if I want a to go box. REALLY There was no effort to correct the problem. I traveled a lot for a living and ate at thousands of restaurants, this is the second time I can remember where I couldn't eat what was served. 5.00 domestic beer was Coors light and Micalob Do you know we have some of the best local micro brews in the country? Which would be considered domestic. Bottom line probability won't go back. Mainly the atmosphere. Not your cozy friendly neighborhood place any more. Bummer we would go to the old one at least once a week.

I am only giving 2 stars and not 1 because of server explained to us what has been going on and I feel really bad for him. The past two times I have been there (within the past month) has been horrible with customer service. My friend and I waited for over 15 minutes to get a drink which would have been okay if they were busy, but we were the only ones there. The hostess and servers sit in the back corner at a table and just talk to one another. Today, the same thing happened and I was so upset. One of the servers were so drunk she could barely walk. She yelled at our server and said "get your a** over here". That's when I had it. I told our server I was so disappointed in the service lately and talk like that should never take place. He mentioned that the owners never come in and the one manager they have, doesn't show up. The two senior employees act like supervisors which isn't fair to them. The service was just awful. They are closing tomorrow he said and relocating next year. I hope the owners and managers actually show up and work with their staff. I use to love going here but lately it's been so awful.

100% of the time, they mess up the To-Go order. No exaggeration about it. 100%. I get to-go here twice a week. It’s always messed up. Always. They need to work on that. The food is great. I love the wraps (tacos), and the fries are awesome.
If i could give 0 stars i would. We were greeted right away but we weren't even approached by anyone else at the table after that. We sat there for 15 minutes until we finally had to walk out!!!! This is the worst service I've had in a long, long time!

This place is very confusing; On the one hand you have good drinks, prices and food. On the other you have customer service that can range from great to absolutely terrible. I'm sure part of it can be staffing issues many businesses are going through but sometimes it genuinely feels like the waiting staff hates taking orders.

I'm impressed!! Ordered the bbq pulled pork fries to go and dude ...it was delicious and huge!!! They honor the happy hour prices to go and I'm very pleased with my bbq fries. It was big enough to share with another person. The portion came in a big to-go box like I ordered carne asada fries or something. We added our own pickled chili peppers for more spice and it was tangy, sweet, got that natcho cheese and guac. I was craving dirty fries from Gravity Heights but man this beats it for the price, portion and with a lil hack I got my craving satisfied. I only knocked off a star bc the pricing was a little misleading for the happy hour 50%. The price shown on the menu is marked at 50%.

I've been coming to this spot for a couple years- I live around the corner and it's super convenient. The food has never been great. I generally get a taco or two and a cocktail. I'm in and out in a half hour and leave a 20% tip. Generally it's not been amazing, but passable. Suits me for very low expectations. HOWEVER, the last two times I've been in have sealed the deal for me- I will no longer go to this place. There are MANY options in this neighborhood so off I go. Principle issues: 1- I realize this occurs in many bars, but the bartenders are taking shots with the servers while on duty. It's not a good look when the employees are loaded. Who is paying for those shots anyways? The owner should be aware. 2- Last time I went in the server was awful. I had to ask who was serving my table because he didn't come by. My cocktail didn't come because he didn't order it. My kids meal came out wrong because he didn't pay attention when she was ordering. Perhaps he was partaking of the shots at the bar? 3- tonight when I went in the hostess said the two empty tables indoors were not available because they were being saved "because the boss is coming in". I asked if they had anything else indoors. "No". Ok. So you must not want my business after all. I'm not trying to convince you to take my $50 for two tacos and a cocktail. I'm out. I'll be happy to try the new place once this one moves to The Hub. As far as I'm concerned it can't happen soon enough.
