These guys are not good at taking orders. Not attentive while taking order and not interested in guiding the customer picking the options. I order a 5 plates and all of them were missing rice though I specifically mentioned saffron rice.

Excellent food. What really surprised me was the service. I asked Dhayan for help with my order, and she very kindly explained the menu to me. She wasn't just kind to me; I could see her stopping by each table to ask if everything was okay. I definitely give them 5 stars for the great service and excellent food at a reasonable price.

I was really disappointed with my visit to The Kebap Shop. The meat they use is clearly frozen—not fresh at all—and it really shows in both the texture and taste. It’s not just a letdown in terms of quality; it’s also not healthy.
What they serve barely resembles a traditional gyro. The flavor is bland, the meat is dry, and to top it off, they don’t even include the classic red sauce that gives a proper gyro its signature taste.
If you’re looking for an authentic, flavorful kebab or gyro experience, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This place just doesn’t deliver.

I walked in here just to try the halal options and his impeccable service and kindness led to me placing my entire party catering order at this location. I felt like I was talking to a family member! The food is INCREDIBLE cooked to perfection. The ambiance is SUPER clean and welcoming. My party is in 2 weeks but I feel so confident it will be catered perfectly Thank you so much Ramiro you are such an amazing soul and great representation for this company

I’ve always been a fan of this location but recently they went higher than 5 stars when it comes to service. I brought my spanish speaking mother who had never been here before and the woman at the front was able to describe each item in great detail along with her personal suggestions. It made it special for my mother because she was able to pick something she knew she would like. She was over the moon with what was suggested and it was all thanks to the cashier. This place is great not only for the food but also for their service.

I ordered from the Kebob shop online and thought I was ordering from this location. I made a mistake and ordered from another location by mistake and didn't find that out until I walked into the Rancho Bernardo location. I spoke to the Manager Jose and he said no problem and took care of it and made my order at his location. AMAZING customer service from Jose and his staff. Thank you!
