Absolutely horrendous experience with this shop. Had placed an order online. Due to the receipt sent to me indicating order would be delivered at the wrong time, I called them. They said there was nothing they could do about it. I tried Door Dash. They said it was not their problem. I tried Kebab Shop again. They, again, indicated it was not their concern. I said '"PLEASE CANCEL THIS ORDER!!". She agreed she would. What happened then??? The order showed up at the wrong time anyway! Unbelievable experience. No one in either place knew how to handle a change made other than online! I tried that and there are no people to explain anything to. Never, never again!

Bomb FOOD!!! I had just about every meat with a side of GREEK SALAD. Service SUPERRRRR accommodating. Too small to have an "atmosphere."
This is one of the most friendly places with great food. I usually get the bowl, it’s great! Do try out their crave fries!

The service is so slow. For someone on a lunch break from work you can’t have food take more than twenty minutes to be served. The staff certainly are not in a hurry to serve customers. Nice to chit chat with customers but not when u got orders backed up! Last time here.
This place is amazing. The food is delicious, service is quick. But I have to say the best thing about this place is the staff, specifically Diana! She is always friendly, helpful, and making TKS a place that people wanna come back to.

I’ve been going to TKS ever since they opened this location. I’ve watched it grow from a local place to a formidable chain in multiple states. There have been some growing pains through the years and lots of changes to the menu as they scaled up, BUT they’ve never been better than their current version. The menu is dialed in and the quality of its food has hit a new level of excellence. When people visit, I often take them here and now it’s become a standard part of every visit. Everything you’ve ever heard about their fries is true - absolutely the best in SD! I think TKS deserves every accolade and their impressive growth speaks to all of the things that they do right.
