Definitely has a newer look when one thinks of a dive bar but take nothing away from the great prices and drinks they have. Chill, quaint vibe in the early outs of the afternoon. TVs for sports events, pool tables, juke box, a couple of bar arcade games here and there.
NO drinks on draft, however, so keep that in mind.

It’s always been a great experience for me at The Lancers, the bartender on Wednesdays is extremely nice, very knowledgeable, very hospitable and she is a great conversationalist. The door guy/security/barback and local musician is great guy as well

THE neighborhood dive bar. Lancers has been a staple and has no plans to stop. Staff is solid. The drinks are solid. Jukebox, 2 pool tables, what more could you ask for. There are some other games scattered throughout. Cash only (for now) and you can bring food in which is great with all the options across the street.
My friends and I went last night and we had not even been there for 3 minutes before a worker asked us if “we were there to order a drink or waste space.” After we responded that we were waiting for the pool table she said nothing, left then came back, and then told us we needed to leave if we weren’t going to order a drink. We had just sat down and were discussing what we wanted to order and were waiting to play pool. The place was not full so we were not taking anyone’s seat and not everyone had a drink on them. It’s worth to mention we were the only non white people in this bar as well.

This is my favorite bar in town. They have the best Bloody Mary’s and Bloody Maria’s ever. Bubba the owner and all bartenders are always friendly and welcoming every time I’ve gone. Lisa is my absolute fave bartender. I love how friendly and chill the atmosphere is here. I recently started bringing my girlfriend, Jen and her dog, Luna (beagle) very friendly and welcoming always. Thanks so much for the love and dog treats for Luna. You have customers for life with us.
