The bar is fine and most of the bar tenders are amazing but Robin is the worst lmao. She's too busy getting drunk with patrons she likes and she'll just ignore you the rest of the time while she over charges for drinks. I've been there too many times not to know how much yall charge for a beer so it going up $ just cause she's on duty is silly. Avoid the redhead.

The website states they close at 2:00am and they yell and swear at their patrons to leave their bar early at 1:45 am? A man literally ripped a drink out of my wife’s hands that she paid for 15 minutes before they close because they can close “whenever they want “. How pleasant for them to swear and yell at her her first time there.

Best dive bar in San Diego if you're looking for a real dive bar. Its cash only but the ATM fee is only $1.25 not too bad. Two pool tables available at $0.50 a game which is totally reasonable. (only downside is the sticks are very old, broken, and dirty). Bartenders are always friendly and nice and attentive even on busy nights! I wish they had more tequila options. Restrooms are ALWAYS clean! Love this place!

What a great staff and great drinks. Special shout out to the excellent bartender Stefanie. She's just an absolute gem, so personable and quick with the cocktails. Killer bloody mary by the way.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at Lancers. I am a frequent customer and have always enjoyed my visits until the incident that took place on Saturday 9.16.23. My last day to be there.Bartender’s name Stefani,( the bar’s manager) she’s always drunk on duty. She has her own drink in the back of the bar( the other bartenders know and see about it). Many times didn’t change me back(but I let it go because I love this bar,it’s fine for me). Mixed drink weird because she’s too drunk ( I still take it , it’s just peach snap in my sunrise). She has always bad attitude and bad behavior with lots of customer.I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service exhibited during this visit. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and a more enjoyable experience at your establishment.Therefore, I kindly request that you address this matter promptly. I believe it is essential for the management to be aware of these issues to ensure they do not recur in the future. Additionally, I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve customer service and ensure a pleasant environment for all patrons.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
