We absolutely love Lean Machine! The food is fantastic, with a wide variety of options and fully customizable meals—a huge bonus. It’s the only meal prep company we’ve found that offers such a range of healthy choices at an affordable price while allowing you to tailor each meal to your preferences. Plus, they make incredibly healthy food taste AMAZING! Their customer service is top-notch, too. Anthony, one of the owners, is incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I’m so grateful for their excellent service!

I was delightfully blown away by every aspect of this healthy meal prep and delivery company! Not only were they able to truly customize what I want, they were able to deliver it quickly. Also, The communication was clear and the customer service was excellent. Most importantly when I got the food, it was incredibly delicious, perfectly portioned, and was clear it was from organic quality ingredients! Lastly, the prices were incredibly reasonable. I will become a loyal customer! If you are trying to do a customized diet or just eat healthy, it’s worth it!

The ingredients are fresh and they accommodate a vegetarian diet. they are always available to answer any questions. everything is a 5 star experience!

I got these meals to prep for a surgery meal train because I knew I couldn’t be on my feet for a week. I wanted something healthy, gluten free and dairy free and preferably local to San Diego so that I felt like it wasn’t mass produced. I came across lean machine meal prep and thought I’d give it a go. Well I’m on my second week now. My husband is very active and works out twice a day and this has been so great. It’s soooo much better than other meal prep companies you see on Instagram. If you’re in San Diego, get this. I’ve already recommended to my friends. It’s perfect for a healthy or busy lifestyle. So happy with it and my husband loves them. Not a single meal went unfinished unlike our older meal preps, we’d always end up throwing them out.

These meals are a lifesaver during busy weeks. They taste great and fit the bill for healthy option meals that accommodate food allergies. I have been ordering from these guys for a few years!

Eating delicious and healthy food has been incredibly easy since I started ordering from The Lean Machine Meal Prep! I have tried other meal prep companies in San Diego, but the quality of the food, friendly communication from the owners, and smooth delivery process are outstanding!

This is the first meal delivery service that I've tried. That being said I really like the simplicity of the meals. I have IBS and the clean, low fat, minimal ingredients menu options are right up my alley. The flavors are decent and the portions perfect for me. The one thing I will say needs some work are the sauces. Not a fan of the sauces that are offered. The menu does not rotate weekly so the same meals over and over can get old quick. So far it works for my diet. Just wish there was more variety.

I have been using Lean Machine for 2 months. Food is delicious. Delivery service is outstanding w great communication. I have lost 15 lbs, energy is great, im never hungry, and i feel great, and it has simplified my life tremendously. I could not recommend a food prep company more than Lean Machine. Thank you guys. It was happenstance that I discovered The Lean Machine Meal Prep, but it was meant to be! I started my weight-loss journey this summer & was starting to get sick of my meals at home. That's when I drove by one of their pickup spots & Anthony, one of the co-owners, explained what they were about! He is friendly & helpful. He even gave me a couple discount codes for my orders. Since then, my interactions w/Anthony have consistently been positive & upbeat. & I've been ordering from LMMP ever since!

The Lean Machine Meal Prep has supported my weight-loss goals & there's so many things to love about them! The variety, & break from my usual meals, has been making it more sustainable to continue to make healthy choices. I love the transparency in the nutrition information, so you know exactly what you're eating. Their meals have helped me reach my daily protein macros & lower my carbohydrate/fat macros (I would usually be under my protein macros & over my carb/fat macro budgets before discovering them). & because I'm reaching my macros, it has helped me to put on some muscle - yay! Their food is consistently delicious. But best of all, I looove how their food makes me feel! Ever since I've been regularly having well-balanced meals, mainly from them, I feel my cravings are more tolerable & not raging like they used to be - this was an unexpected benefit! I also feel energized from my meals, whereas before I'd feel tired & bloated after eating. & because I feel more energized, this has helped me feel happier in my day-to-day life & given me the energy for my fitness goals of working out 5 days/week.

The main ways I've used The Lean Machine Meal Prep is by ordering the large portion sizes of their signature combo meals & having some for dinner w/leftovers for lunch the next day. Another way I've been ordering is in bulk. I choose my favorite proteins & vegetables to bulk order. Then I pair those w/carbs that I prepare at home. This allows me variety, so I'm not getting tired of the same combos!

Some of my favorites have been: #1 chicken breast bites/asparagus/brown rice/roasted red pepper sauce, #12 ground turkey breast/asparagus/white rice/pesto sauce, #18 the ground sirloin + vegetarian chili, baked salmon, green beans, broccoli, & roasted cauliflower!

My experience w/The Lean Machine Meal Prep has been overwhelmingly positive & I recommend them for anyone who wants wonderful service, a convenient/tasty/healthy meal, or those like me who need support w/long-term nutrition goals. Thank you Anthony!!
