This is a great meal prep service! The biggest benefit, in my opinion, is the option to customize the macros to your specific goals. The make it easy to create unique combinations for your preferences. The food tastes great and I love the quality of service.
What an incredible company with healthy, gluten free, and delicious meal options that make it easy to make healthier choices. The owners of the company are kind, accommodating, and truly passionate about what they do. I have many food sensitivities and have tried almost everything on their menu with only positive reactions and I feel comfortable knowing i’m fueling my body with great ingredients. I am truly grateful they exist- they make eating healthy a breeze!
