Best sandwich shop hands down. Anytime I'm near this place I go. The best pastrami sandwich in the world. All the employees treat you great. Super nice people. The owner's work there and are really helpful. It's a must if you're going to Balboa Park.

With their own lot it makes it a bit easier but it still does get busy during midweek lunch hour.

I never would’ve believed that I’d fine fine US and French wines at this corner market. Thanks to the mgr and wine buyer Jim who has decades of wine buying experience I’ve found AMAZING French & other great wines at GREAT rices at FIFTH AVENUE MARKET!! Stop in for fresh deli sandwiches, snacks, fresh salads, friendly staff and GREAT WINES!
