The Melt - Del Mar Highlands

So after going back, I was stunned the second time around. this time I tried their top rated items and for me their cheddar bacon ranch fries are #1, BBQ Burger, Steak and cheese.

Stopped by The Melt at Del Mar Highlands and was thoroughly impressed. The BBQ Bacon MeltBurger was juicy with a perfect balance of smoky bacon and tangy sauce. The garlic parmesan fries were crispy and flavorful, making them a great side. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. If you're in the area and craving a satisfying meal, The Melt is a solid choice.

I've been going to The Melt in Del Mar Highlands since it opened and I love it. I have only tried a few different combinations but I can honestly recommend it. The menu is easy enough to figure out, as is the kiosk-ordering system. The customer service is great and the team is very friendly.

Funny enough, my favorite part is that the bathrooms are always so clean.

The Ginger Ale is a real kick in the throat (in a good way) and the pickles are great.

I usually go for the Chicken Swiss & Shroom burger but I tried something new this time and it was pretty good. I tried the Classic Crispy Chicken sandwich and the pickle-jalapeno mix really hit the spot. My only negative is that the chicken was so thick (but cooked well) which is not a bad thing for most people but I didn't love that.

Burguers are just okay nothing special you can find better quality in other places, definitely. Service was okay not too much time waiting for my order, it wasn't busy.

Visited with my husband while we were in town for a concert. He ordered some kind of sandwich that resembled a smash burger and I ordered their spicy chicken sandwich. We ordered using the tablets they have and had to wait for a while. It wasn't very busy, with only a few tables full. We were excited to try something new though and had time. My sandwich ended up fading apart before I could finish it and it wasn't the worst or most memorable chicken sandwich I've had. The sauce had a weird taste to it that I was want expecting. My husband said the same thing, something different but not memorable. Their iced tea was really good though. The parking lot was very packed and the spaces are small.
