The Mission - Mission Beach

Great breakfast spot, and also has some excellent gluten free options for those with celiac. Whenever we are vacationing in Mission Beach our family repeatedly goes here for breakfast. The kids love the classics - pancakes and French toast. They have a small gluten free menu too. I've also think the croissant sandwich and breakfast quesadilla are excellent. Service has always been great.

This place was so yummy! Even though it was crowded, we were seated and served relatively quickly. The Lemon Curd Pancakes are highly recommended! Also tried their Lavender Latte, which was yummy. The main breakfast ordered was the Portuguese Sausage with Eggs. My only recommendation for this dish would have been to ask them to replace the rosemary bread with black beans. The bread didn't have much flavor, and the beans would have gone great with the brown rice also served with the dish. Luckily, I ordered a side of Rosemary Potatoes, which were super yummy as well. The best thing was that nothing was overly oily or heavy, not even the pancakes. As a big foodie, I really enjoyed this place and highly recommend!

Just had great breakfast with my son. Wait staff was great…really liked our server Evan! Funny, helpful and super service. I had chorizo omelette and my son had biscuits and gravy. Both great and huge portions. We will definitely be going back tomorrow as the menu has so many other things we want to try! Definitely recommend!!

We stumbled across this place on a walk while visiting Mission Bay and had a fabulous breakfast.. Tony took great care of us as did the rest of the staff. They have the best Lavender Matcha and rosemary potatoes. A must while visiting the area.

I love this place. Our waitress was not too attentive but the food and locale made up for it. Huge portions. Delicious food. Superb coffee. I love this place. If you're in the Pacific Beach or Mission Beach area, go check ot out. Your tastebuds will thank you.
