Wish I could put 6 stars. I've tried nearly every coffee shop in Little Italy / Downtown SD & MUDBAR blows them all out of the water. Amazing coffee at an affordable price. Get the IV Therapy and you won't be disappointed

My partner and I stayed a few blocks over during a short trip to San Diego and were intending to try multiple coffee places over the few days we stayed. We tried The Mudbar day one and then there was no need to get coffee from anywhere else. The coffee is great, the staff is kind and took the time to know me during my brief visit. It made me feel like a regular, which is a feeling I always long for. My new go-to coffee place when in town.

Great people! The absolute best coffee! I am a huge coffee lover and extremely picky. The caffeine fix 100%, the taste 100%.. I wish they were open on the weekends, i live in chula vista and i would definitely make the drive to downtown to get my hands on this coffee! My 2 favorites are the Situation and the Vietnamese! Mud Bar never fails me! Thanks guys, you're the BEST! Btw my whole office is hooked on them as well!

Love this place! My go-to spot when I need a coffee during the week. Really friendly staff (I wish I could remember the barista's name) and it always feels good supporting small businesses that have amazing quality over big-name coffee shops that feed you factory coffee and cheap pastries with red40 (rhymes with bonut car)

Amazing drink with friendly staff. I got the ice matcha with lavender cold foam, it was very delicious, my boyfriend got the vanilla latter and it was tasty as well. I had to come back the next day, and they were still amazing. Definitely, check them out when you are in town.
