Had never been and always drove by and finally decided to stop in. The place was beautiful inside and very clean. The staff was super nice and the food was delicious. For under $25 a meal including soup or salad bread an entree and dessert it's hard to beat.

I liked the unique “factory” atmosphere—it really gives you that old factory feel, which was fun. The service was okay but very slow. Unfortunately, the food was quite greasy and didn’t taste great. Also, it would be nice if they offered more options for people with food allergies.

We found ourselves at the Spaghetti Factory on a Saturday night during Comic-Con after being there on Thursday also. There was a decent line and I asked the host who I thought was just a regular employee at the time If there was any way to get in any earlier. He said hang in there, even though there's a line will get everybody in as quickly as possible We ended up getting everybody right in as promised, and we ended up getting a great spot with a view of the street, had...
