One of the very best pulled pork BBQ sandwich plates I've had in years. Their vinegar coleslaw and scratch potato salad was so delicious we ordered extra portions. The Pig's Gig is located in the Liberty Mall, just a small cubical that's hopping. Just one fellow who is pleasant and rockin' it! Dining in requires a little hunting for seating, but once you pop the 'to-go' box it's so worth the search! Weekday there's plenty of parking, weekends...

Tried the combo plate with chicken, brisket, Mac n’ cheese and potato salad. Both meats were very good, the sides went well. Got extra bbq sauce. Would recommend giving it a try when you’re in Liberty Station. Mario is also very friendly and helpful. Good food, good customer service

Stopped in last night for dinner. Service was great. I ordered the brisket plate with Mac n cheese and fries. The brisket was perfect; not too fatty, but not too dry. The Mac was outstanding. The fries were hot and crispy. A great option if in the area.
