I like the convenience of the location only being a block away from me, the pizza is great and definitely has it's unique flavor, the tamales are a nice size as well, plus the service is always good, support local business

There is currently a bug with Google maps and it won’t take you to the right location for this place. The address is 888 S Euclid Ave, it is right by the King-Chavez Health Center on S Euclid and Logan. So if Google maps takes you to an empty area, just go 5 minutes south on Euclid (1.3 miles). I believe you can also search for “Lucy’s Bakery & Pizza” and it will take you to the right location
You do not want to miss out on this place. It’s honestly my favorite restaurant at the moment. So far I have tried the torta de tamal, torta de milanesa y chicharrón, pork tamales in hoja de maíz and hoja de plátano, and the champurrado. I give it all 5/5 stars! The customer service is also spectacular.

Stopped here on my way to a job nearby, owner was very friendly and gave me a lot of great info/recommendations. I ordered 7 tamales, and asked for some cold to take home. They obliged, he gave me a card and informed me that they are taking orders for Thanksgiving and Christmas and will even deliver if you are local.
I only had time to eat one chili cheese tamale, but it was delicious. The masa is soft and fresh, the chili cheese filling was unlike any that I've had before.
Highly recommend, plus if you order 12 tamales you get 1 free.

So delicious! I saw it when I was driving by the other day and knew that I had to try it sometime! I did that today. I got a chorizo and egg torta and a chile&cheese tamale! Highly recommend! Give it a try! You will not regret it.

Rico is the owner. He has another location.
Don't. Do. It.
I've never had pizza not taste like anything before. Just tomato paste(?) and dough.
Wings? Even worse. Raw with sauce dashed over at the end.

Delicious
Hidden gem. Had heard of this place but never had the chance to visit. Pizzas were excellent and so were the tamales and the price was just right. Seems like everything has gone up in price, so finding a spot with affordable good food is a major win. The restaurant is under new management and from what the new owner mentioned there is a lot in store for the future. Looking forward to my next visit, the White Girl Pizza looked promising and so did a few other pies I want to try.

Expect to see 3 dollar increase from the menu with no explanation. Prices on the menu are inaccurate. 60 cents service charge with your takout order.Pizza is good, but some veggies that can be fresh, are canned instead, so quality is ok.
