First time here and big poke fan. Service was good. Prices were fair but when I walked in, the establishment didn’t seem up to par and made me question the integrity of the food, especially considering its raw fish. Front door was open, little dirty inside. Sure enough after consuming, having some of the side effects one would expect….

Not sure how busy this place is, but I'm surprised they weren't busier. After a good workout, completed my day. Almost a hole in the wall, in a big shopping center. I wish them the very best. And hopefully more tables. To enjoy the meal! Great portions!!!! Num num num num!

Avoid this place at all cost. Ordered twice for delivery and I got the wrong order delivered. I even had a small concrete stone like substance in my food that almost broke my tooth. This is unsafe and absolutely terrible.

Customer service was awful. Walked in at about 5:40 PM, said hello and didn't really get a hello back. One of the employees in particular looked really unpleasant. I understand people have a bad day, but it's not right to take it out on customers. I will be calling the manager to speak about it too. Makes me not want to come back

This is one of the best of the many poke spot in san diego. The bowls are delicious; their house sauce is great and they use quality ingredients. Their service has always been outstanding!

Walked in around 12:30pm on Saturday, September 7th to find one very surly employee who glared at us for entering the premises. Saw a very grimy kitchen, no AC and overloaded pans of fish on the cold top, so no way any of that is holding a safe temperature. Employee begrudgingly paused stocking items, then touched face, hair and clothing and without washing hands, squared up to the prep station presumably to take our order but hard to tell when she was just staring daggers at us. Due to very high food safety risk and extremely rude staff, we walked out and will never return. Thought management should know they lose business for these reasons.

So I decided to order off of Uber eats and give this place a try since they has a buy 1 get 1 free. In my order I ordered Thai tea and when I got my food it was no where to be found… At first I thought it was the delivery driver’s fault but I check the recipes and they crossed off my Thai tea. No mention of it being out of stock and Uber would not refund me for some reason. Pretty disappointing

This was an Uber Eats delivery. Why offer a BOGO deal on your large poke bowl and then go cheap on every ingredient? 2 pices of avocado? 4-5 sweet onion pieces? 4 pieces of tuna? What a rip-off. And $17 of fees and tip? You just lost a repeat customer. Never again.

As a regular of this location, I can easily take the bus and walk the rest to get to this shopping center after school for lunch so it's very convenient. The workers here are always very nice, I'm a bit awkward so ordering face-to-face overwhelms me but all of the ingredients here are super fresh!! I love the spicy Tofu and imitation crab, and the portion is generous for the price <3 it can be a bit pricy but I honestly think it's worth it. I love the Thai tea so much too, I always get it everytime and I especially like coming here on Tuesdays for their milk and Thai tea Tuesdays for the 2$ discount ?? although I don't ever actually get the fish (which is probably why their bowls tend to be pricy) I love the poke they sell here and I hope they don't ever change anything!!! I look forward to coming here after-school whenever I get the chance, good employees and good food!! ??
