Cocktails were good. Service was great! Ordered Brisket tots-chos and it's advertised as $19 on their online menu but we got charged $20, not a big deal but it makes me dislike how we're just asked to sign an amount when you don't know how much you're really paying.

Very bad service. I waited about an hour for service. The lady walked around me like I wasn't there and help customers that was close to me but didn't acknowledge me at all and the guy there was having conversation most of the time as well. A couple just came in and the guy went over and pet her dog and it didn't take them 6min to be served.

The Rabbit Hole is a standout bar and restaurant in the heart of Normal Heights, and it feels like a staple within the community. This spot has a cool, laid-back vibe and tends to draw a crowd no matter the time of day. Whether you're stopping in for a meal or just a few drinks, there's a welcoming atmosphere that sets it apart from your average bar.

During a recent lunch visit, I appreciated that they offered creative mocktails, which was perfect for someone like me who doesn’t drink alcohol. For beer lovers, their selection is extensive, making it a great spot to unwind. The menu has a range of options, and we decided to try a mix of appetizers and entrees.

We started with the Buffalo Hummus Stack, which came with beets, feta tzatziki, crispy chickpeas, fresh veggies, and za'atar flatbread. It was flavorful and a great way to kick off the meal. The Dry-Rubbed Wings, available in 6 or 12 pieces with several flavor options, were a hit—we chose the Jalapeño Garlic Butter, which had just the right amount of kick.

For the main course, we went with the Pulled Pork Sandwich, which featured smoked ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and Dijon aioli on an Amoroso roll. While the sandwich itself was satisfying, the fries served alongside it were unfortunately cold, which was disappointing. Still, the overall quality of the food was solid and matched the reasonable price point.

One of the highlights of The Rabbit Hole is the variety of specials and events they offer. Happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 6 PM, making it an ideal spot for after-work drinks or a casual meet-up. On weekends, their brunch service runs until 2 PM, providing another opportunity to enjoy their menu in a relaxed setting.

If you're in Normal Heights, this place is worth checking out. With a vibrant ambiance, good food, and weekly live music on Tuesday nights, The Rabbit Hole has something for everyone and captures the charm of the neighborhood.

The Rabbit Hole is a great sports bar to watch sporting events. We went there on a Sunday for lunch to watch some NFL games. The indoor & the outdoor areas are well designed and have comfortable seating. The outside patio has plenty of seating options to watch the games comfortably with your group. In addition, the Rabbit Hole has plenty of TVs showcasing all the different games to support your favorite team. They also have a nice fire pit in the middle of the back patio. The service was fast, several alcohol selections available and the food was very tasty, while affordable. Our favorites were the dry rub wings and the side salad. Overall this is a great place to go with friends to watch sports!

Even tho the place was unusually busy, our server was very attentive and took time with us.
The elote dip was incredible, the wings were very good (able to mix two sauces/rubs), and the gyro was ok (nothing to write home about in my opinion)

Great selection of local beers and they have lots of space inside and a nice outdoor area. With the big open doors you can still enjoy the weather from the bar area. Will definitely be back!

Enjoying the games until a customer brought her cat in and up to the bar where the condiments are. The bartender was petting it and didn’t wash her hands. My husband is extremely allergic to cats, so no more Bloody Marys and no more bar service for us.

Love the menu and the food, but ONE BIG NO-NO. Someone brought a pet cat out to the patio, was placing it on tables, and then THE BARTENDER HANDLED IT, and DIDN’T WASH HER HANDS! Do you know people have cat allergies???

Chose it because of the cute name! It's a bar that has great food and probably would be an amazing place to have a few beers with friends. I was just there for a quick lunch with family, just as fun! We had the station wrap and the Mac and cheese, both yummy!

Kid-friendliness: Maybe during the day, but man it's a bar.

Went for happy hour with friends/coworkers. The drinks were really good but they ran out of Grey Goose so that was a little disappointing. People at the table ordered food to share and thought it was good. The service was wonderful but it felt like your typical watering hole/sports bar.

Chicken club sandwich, bread was soggy. Asked for fries but got side salad.
Tacos... I should have known better but zero flavor. And for some reason there was the ends of green onion in them? The end with the roots?
Basic diced chicken and tortillas too soggy to pick up the taco.

Food was pretty good but the music was too loud for a lunch time crowd.
