What a gem of a restaurant. We saw a post from an influencer on this restaurant and decided to make a weekend trip to San Diego to check it out. It sure did not disappoint. It very much exceeded our expectations. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and the food & drinks were excellent. My French 75 was delicious. We ordered a tableful of appetizers and sides and got the tomahawk steak. It was so good. It came with various sauces to eat it with (I was able to try all the steak sauces I ever wanted to without committing to one). It split perfectly between the 3 of us as both my mom and I are on the smaller appetite side, and my husband was able to finish the rest. And you absolutely cannot forget the cornbread with the cinnamon honey brown butter. It was to die for.

The Remy is one of our favorite restaurants ever! Best food, best service, best vibes. We happened to go twice in one week and that was fun because on Sunday it was great regular Remy vibes and on Thursday it had been transformed into a chic and cozy little Christmas lodge. The Remy is always a great experience! We had variety of dishes, some favorites lamb chops, carrots, sea bass, corn bread & Brussels. Great martinis & good wine. We really enjoyed our server Ryan , he was not hovering too much , but there if we needed him!- i particularly liked the fact that it wasn't noisy , the place is hip but not trying to hard with too much noise. We had a full European dining experience - we did not filled rushed & we were not interrupted every few moments with water & questions if everything was ok! Prices are on a higher side I think due to location - hotel circle is near by. But the quality was great. Will be back!

It was a very nice dinner. It was my friend‘s birthday. We split a wedge salad, which was delicious. We split the Wagyu ribeye, which was also cooked to perfection and it came with mashed potatoes and green beans and we had the pistachio sponge cake with the strawberry gelato, everything was delicious even the old-fashioned cocktail was good and the Shirley Temple. No complaints everything was perfect. It was a nice restaurant. Decent atmosphere wasn't very busy and the service was great.

Amazing ambience for a romantic date celebrating a birthday. Shawn was our server and a complete attentive, knowledgeable waiter. Food was on point from apps to individual entrees and a nice little ice cream gesture for the bday celebration. Will be back for sure!

We were looking for a steak house that would deliver Gaslamp-like steak and drinks without the hassle of fighting Gaslamp traffic. The Remy delivered in spades! Wendy's recommendations for cocktails, appetizers, and mains were all spot on. The ambiance was perfect, and the noise level supported discrete conversation. It exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning.

Found this place by random. Luckily pulled in with 2 minutes to spare before happy hour ended. $45 for a glass of wine, caesar salad, and smoked beef rib could be the greatest bang for the buck of all time.
