Average at best sushi. Not deserving of 4 stars and not worth the price of 20 bucks for a roll that advertises lemon slices and skimps.

The Sushi Stand makes your sushi quickly and to order. I can't vouch for the freshness of their fish as I have no idea where they get it from or how they store it, but I can vouch that it is good. Their preparation table is a little low, so you can watch them cut up the fish and prepare everything to be rolled. It's fun to watch how the pros make the sushi rolls.

Honestly, some of the worst sushi I’ve ever had.

Don’t get the special rolls just stick to the basics

I love coming here for the sushi but now I am disappointed since I found 2 pieces of hair rolled in my sushi.

Honestly, so disappointed with this visit. I should’ve asked first how much fish comes in the poke bowl so that was my mistake but I didn’t realize it was essentially one bite of fish until I was long gone. I got half and half tuna and salmon; the tuna was decent but the salmon didn’t have much flavor. The bowl was 80% rice which is what filled me up instead of the fish being the main attraction. Along with this, the edamame was steamed with no added salt and was pretty dry. The cucumber was similar; under the light seasoning, there was no other salt or sauce. To top it all off the bowl comes in a compostable box that seems cool at first until you realize that this is basically the paper straw of to-go containers. Sadly I do not plan on coming back here again; there are other poke places in Liberty Station that will give you way more fish for a similar price.

Was excited to try Parfais Paris sister in Liberty Station. This is a great concept of to go sushi only. It’s primarily “American style” cut rolls with some sides available like seaweed salad and cucumber sunomono. Both salads were good the portions were generous. The rolls all tasted very good and the fish was fresh. The presentation is excellent which is on boxes created especially for the rolls. This is not the most authentic sushi spot but it’s very good and as a take out option it’s the best of its kind in San Diego that I’ve tried.

Listen up your elders are talking. Go grab a poke bowl from this spot and head to sunset cliffs and eat with your toes dangling off the edge. It’ll hit just right. But who am I to tell you what to do? You have free will. Probably.

Good sushi, very gresh fish, but unfortunately, super slow service. Also, the music is way too loud to enjoy the food.

This place is 5 stars. Sushi rice is on point and fish was super fesh.

I got a poke bowl. Found the quantity of the good stuff (everything but the rice) to be too little for the price I paid. Also, the rice was good but now there's a weird after taste. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.

Sushi rolls are small and prices are quite high. Not much flavor. Rice was gummy, and there was a lot of it. I wouldn’t recommend it.
