The Sushi Stand

This placed looked good so we decided to hope in line and get a roll. The line moved kind of slow and the display of sushi didn't have much inside so they were pulling sushi out from other coolers. The boy who took our order didn't really have any hospitality or inviting feeling, he was just there to take orders.

The Sushi Stand makes your sushi quickly and to order. I can't vouch for the freshness of their fish as I have no idea where they get it from or how they store it, but I can vouch that it is good. Their preparation table is a little low, so you can watch them cut up the fish and prepare everything to be rolled. It's fun to watch how the pros make the sushi rolls.

Was excited to try Parfais Paris sister in Liberty Station. This is a great concept of to go sushi only. It’s primarily “American style” cut rolls with some sides available like seaweed salad and cucumber sunomono. Both salads were good the portions were generous. The rolls all tasted very good and the fish was fresh. The presentation is excellent which is on boxes created especially for the rolls.
