Was excited to try Parfais Paris sister in Liberty Station. This is a great concept of to go sushi only. It’s primarily “American style” cut rolls with some sides available like seaweed salad and cucumber sunomono. Both salads were good the portions were generous. The rolls all tasted very good and the fish was fresh. The presentation is excellent which is on boxes created especially for the rolls. Listen up your elders are talking. Go grab a poke bowl from this spot and head to sunset cliffs and eat with your toes dangling off the edge. It’ll hit just right. But who am I to tell you what to do? You have free will. Probably.

I got a poke bowl. Found the quantity of the good stuff (everything but the rice) to be too little for the price I paid. Also, the rice was good but now there's a weird after taste. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.
