Small place that exclusively serves Tacos. Long line, but fast flowing and we even managed to find a seat. Good tacos, not very large portions.

I mean my five star rating! Tacos were magnificent, the breakfast burritos were in credible. The food is fresh, love the love and care staff takes in preparing the food. Fresh, quality, served with a smile. Passed the vibe check, don’t miss taco stand in La Jolla. Love this crew!

Food was incredible! From the Tacos to the burritos, to the made to order churros! Healthy servings and NOT over priced. This is a must try!
Great food but be prepared to wait in long lines. Seating is minimal inside and outside. We ordered steak burritos, carne asade, and tacos. Everything tasted delicious. We would definitely eat here again if in the area. Portions are generous.

Ordered through DoorDash. Again got shorted almost all the sauces we paid for. Also shorted side 8oz salsa. They literally put an empty cup with lid in the bag llol. Shorted chips and faux we paid for. Incomplete orders are pretty pathetic in the restaurant us ones for take out.

The Taco Stand has the best carne asada tacos I've ever had. They were amazing! Fresh churros were delicious+++, and other family members report the pollo asada was equally great.
