Food is amazing! After hiking Cowles Mt, we decided to give this place a try and we were not disappointed. When you come in, you place your order, pay at the counter, and your food is brought to your table. Great customer service!

Came here with my girlfriend after hiking Cowles Mountain on Veterans Day. There weren't many peolle so we were seated right away. We grabbed menus before sitting, and we got water as we looked through the menu. We did have to go back up to the counter to order. We got our orders quick. We ordered the Crab Benedict and the Yogurt & Granola Bowl. The food tasted as good as it looked. The egg on the Benedict was cook great, snd it went well with the crab patty. The Yogurt & Granola Bowl was not overly sweet. The staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was quiet enough for us to have a pleasant conversation. There were two unisex bathrooms, when we're clean and maintained. Parking was plenty with it being in a shopping plaza. I would come back for more.

I recently visited this restaurant (THE TRAILS EATERY), and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of great customer service.

When I arrived, I mentioned it was my first time and asked for a recommendation between two dishes, but the cashier’s (The guy with the beard and sleeve tattoo) response was unhelpful just (OK- WHAT?) and indifferent. Additionally, we were not given the same level of attention as other guests. The food was just okay, and the meat was cold. There is no full service at all!!

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as there’s a lot of potential here. I hope future guests have a better experience.

I absolutely love Trails Eatery. I don’t get to stop by as often as I did when I lived near Cowell's Mountain, but every visit is a treat. The staff is amazing, friendly, and attentive, and the food comes out fast. The croissant french toast is hands down one of my favorites — perfectly buttery, crispy, and decadent. For anyone with a serious sweet tooth, the Sin-A-Mon Swirl Pancakes are an absolute showstopper.

This spot is perfect whether you’re carbo-loading before a hike or just catching up with friends over a great meal. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and every bite keeps me coming back. Long live Trails Eatery!

It's a nice neighborhood hang. A little spendy, but worth it.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Very chill ambience. Outstanding food. Can’t recommend The Trails Eatery highly enough. Perfect place to refuel after Cowels Mountain. Shoot, even without the hike it’s still an ideal place to go for breakfast!

First time here I'd love to come back here and try more exciting things on the menu like the pancakes and Benedict's. I had a BLT with a side salad. But the lemon tumeric vinaigrette for my side salad was absolutely devine! The owner(I'm assuming) was so welcoming and amazing! The atmosphere and hospitality alone will have me coming back but can't wait to come back and try other delicious items on the menu!

Nice breakfast and lunch place, near Cowles Mtn. Both meat eaters and vegetarian meals. Order at counter, then pick table. Quick service, and great food. Service, such as refills , can be spotty. We had outstanding service last time, but time before we had to walk back and ask for coffee refills for all 4 people, at different times.

This place was surprisingly good! We didn’t know what to expect based on the menu, but it looked like a lot of options clearly labeled, so we wanted to give it a shot. The place was pippin’ line out the door- but it moved quickly, you order and then sit down and your food is brought to you. they have the best greeter and he explained the menu icons and all that for us and was so sweet! We got the veggie omelette veganized and I added avocado, my bf got the hash thing with sweet potato and soyrizo. The person taking our order clarified to omit one of the sauces on his order because it had dairy in it. Everything was great and we definitely want to go back!
