Great coffee and breakfast. The barista was really friendly.

Solid coffee, nice space, reasonable prices, and they open earlier than anything else on the weekend. Bonus: they carry nonfat milk, which is kind of unheard of in SD.

I enjoyed a nice avocado toast and hot drip black coffee from this new coffee shop.

The toast came on a locally baked artisan sourdough bread. The toast came with plenty of freshly sliced avocado, sea salt, crushed black pepper, and a drizzle of balsamic. The toast was very tasty, but the sourdough was harder than it should of been. It was difficult to slice with the metal butter knife. It was a hard chew.

The drip coffee was strong but a smooth cup of coffee. They offer locally baked goods and have plenty of inside and outside seating. The service was very nice.

Amazing coffee shop with excellent customer service. I usually get a short iced vanilla latte and it's perfect each time. One day I forgot to say iced, and they remade my drink no problem, and didn't make me pay even when I offered. The branding is beautiful, and all their coffee and syrups are made in house. Plenty of seating with a great vibe.

I was in SD for a week and went here about 4 days in a row because it's soo good, and each time had no problem finding street parking. It's metered for only $1.25 for 30 mins, and right next to the coffee shop.

The location is prime, because it pretty close to Balboa park, the SD Zoo and on the way to fashion Alley and other shopping, so it's perfect along your commute.

I have been missing Cafe Virtuoso since they closed a few years ago and Talitha took over.

5 stars because I want them to continue to succeed.

The coffee is still good. The milk is still good.

Only issue here is that they are still working on their cup and drink sizing - my cortado came in a notneutral lino in what I believe to be the single cappuccino size (I have the espresso and double cappuccino but don't have a banana for scale), and my partner's latte came in the 16oz lino mug.

The drinks were a bit milkier than expected, but the milk is at least very good, so we still enjoyed our drinks!

Used to be a WestBean. Changed the food menu, offer less things now. They just added more color to the place.

You get what you pay for. Reasonably priced for reasonable coffee. Don’t expect local sourced or single origin. Also, paper towels in the restroom please. No one likes wet door handles. Key to the restroom method is very unhygienic.

Extremely disappointing for a nearly $7 coffee. Nothing special about the beans, was served in house when I needed to go, and they're was a hair in the cup. If you're looking for really good coffee keep looking.

Coffee was quite good! Milk was steamed well and I enjoyed the presentation of the drink. The espresso also had a nice flavor, nothing too strong for those who enjoy a less strong coffee. The space was also quite big, so if you would like to get some work done while enjoying a nice cup of coffee, this place is perfect for that. Workers here are also great!

Overpriced, bland food and totally forgettable interior. There is literally nothing nice about staying inside. Feels like they have stopped furnishing the place half way through.

The person who took our order had an attitude like we owed her money before we even start ordering. Bathroom out of paper towels. Food super expensive for the quality, quantity and attitude we get. There are so many other coffee places around. Would not come back again.

Today we visited this coffee shop. There's a selection of desserts, as well as various breakfast and snack options for those who want to not only drink coffee but also eat. I had a latte here.
I liked the atmosphere of the place. I wanted to sit inside the cafe, but all the tables were taken, so it must be quite popular.
There are also a few tables outside.
I'd like to say that it's quite clean. The staff keeps the place clean and the tables outside. At least when we were here today, it was clean.
You can also buy coffee beans to take home.
As for the coffee, I didn't really like it. The coffee was a little bitter, probably because of the beans they use. I can't say it was bad, but rather of average quality.

The institution gets a solid 4.
One table with 5 chairs is occupied by the person who is working, all single seats remain vacant. Sweet, unique, there is nothing, do not really want to.
Coffee is normal, increase a little grind.
Friendly baristas.

The coffee shop needs to be updated periodically so that the number of visitors does not drop. For example, the stogies on the street look awful, thanks)
