Super appreciate the honesty and integrity of the staff and patrons here! Would love to come back for breakfast sometime.

Hidden newly discovered gem, we are used to being disappointed especially with chilaquiles but we were surprised to get authentic chilaquiles served with eggs and good beans, good salsa and gladly no yellow cheese or rice (that's not authentic, that's taco shop style) they also offer Mexican coke Good service and cool vibe, coffee was delish and my French toast was good too. Definitely coming back!l

I just ate an elevated carne asada burrito here imanes it was fantastic. I've been here for breakfast several times too. Everyone who works here is happy and friendly so I really enjoy coming in. Today since the weather was nice I sat out on their patio. It's in a business park but quite and sunny. Really awesome!

This cafe is nestled in a San Diego business park and was pleasantly surprised by the bustling atmosphere on my first visit. The California burrito was a standout - perfectly crispy, making me utter 'mmmm' with each bite. The açaí bowl was equally impressive, blending fresh flavors beautifully. Complementing the delicious food was the warm, friendly staff, making the overall experience truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a delicious meal. We will be back!

We stopped by there for lunch this afternoon and I had to stop by Yelp and sound the Good News Alarm on this hidden gem. First of all, it is difficult to find - hidden back in an industrial park off Kenamar by the Pyramid. It was nice to see that they put a colorful sign out by the curb to make it easier to find. The parking lot was a little busy, but we were able to find a spot as long as we were willing to walk a little bit. We are a Costco family, so we know what it's like to not park in the front row. This was much better by comparison. Once inside, Thyme for Lunch was a lot of fun with very modern decor and attractive menu boards that are well placed. There is seating that is both inside and out, so depending on the day, there is plenty of space to enjoy your food onsite. I ordered the Cali Sandwich...wait for it...wait for it...ON SQUAW BREAD!!! All my Submarina fans from back in the day will appreciate the love for Squaw bread and yet I never see it in the sandwich shops I go to. Once I saw it on the menu, I knew that was what I was getting. It was like a golden image of this bread that I'm obsessed with was sent down from the heavens calling me...."Jeffffffffff.....try me!!!! If you don't like it, you can go to Yelp!" I'm here to tell you that I didn't like it....I LOVED IT! My sandwich was mouthwateringly delicious and despite it being very large I ate every bite. This lunch was just what the doctor ordered on a busy Monday. It was nice and relaxing and the food was great! We sat outside and it was perfect as half their seating is shaded and half was in sun. I can't wait to come back for the revenge of the SQUAW BREAD!!!!!

I have a hard time reviewing this place. Because on one hand the food is great and has many varieties, the service is very good for how busy they seem to be. My concern is the not quality of food, but rather the fact that unless you have an deep love for pasta salad any other option seems to double your budget. The posted pricing seem fare but be weary of up charges. Its that if you want to modify your order to fit your diet or preferences it will cost you. If you don't like pasta salad It's a 5.50 upgrade for a cup of soup, or French fries. Not the end great spot, kind people
