I’m not a bar regular but I do have a weird love for dive bars. I seek them out when we travel. The Tivoli checks all the boxes for a dive bar in the best possible way. First and foremost, the staff was fantastic. Darlene was our bartender and she’s the real deal. Friendly, personable, and knows how to make a great drink. My wife and I had Bloody Mary’s and they were perfectly made. I watched her make gin martinis for another customer and it’s clear she is a REAL bartender...
