Very good service from the person who served giving her best effort but I think she should have more staff for better service. I think there was more staff behind but they did nothing to help the girl who was serving.. the lady who was behind He only came for his snow without even asking the customers if they are okay. Served I said that the owner should pay more attention to his business... I asked for the name of the lady who was serving. She told me My name is Mica, please rate her as a very good worker.

The food is good. It's a little pricey but still good. Ice cream, tortas, and agua Fresca are very good. Service is really good and a little slow. But once they do, they thing you'll will not be sorry. Keep it up guys.

A waste of my time, waited almost 30 minutes in line and they waited until i was about to order 2 paletas to go to tell me they were refusing service because of my dog, despite other employees having seen my dog waiting in the store. On top of that, they said they have two signs stating they dont allow dogs and the. pointed to the exit door with, you guessed it, no sign. I wouldnt be as mad if they didnt waste my time but here we are.

We have been coming here since it opened and everything has always been good until now. We were in here Saturday and as expected it was jammed packed. We waited about 30 minutes till my order was taken, which we were ok doing. I got some paletas 2 pre packed ice creams and a raspado de Tamarindo. The actual ice creams are perfect, though a little smaller then before. The raspado was awful. The Tamarindo was either fermented or bad. It was disgusting so I had to toss it out. The week prior to this we went in and ordered a raspado de Tamarindo for my sister in law, a fresada for my brother, a bunch of paletas and a chamango for myself. All the paletas were good but the other items were horrible. The flavor is not what it used to be.

Small but they have everything from corn cups, banana splits, fruit cups, ice cream and very special fruit and other flavor Popsicles. Their is much more go check it out for yourselves.
The people are really nice and all of their tropical flavored ice cream are delicious. But what is a nancy and what a mamey and what is a guanabana and all the other flavors they have in their freezer?
