I Love Togos, I wish there were still more locations in San Diego. I drive down from Poway to go to this one. My favorite is the cold roast beef sandwiches, very fresh ingredients.

I ordered 2 clubs 1 sourdough and 1 gluten free bread. The woman proceeded to ask me 30 different questions all while barking at her new employee that was clearly trying her best. Got the sandwiches wrong put no meat inside. I called and they said i can bring the sandwiches back and they will put meat inside? unsanitary and unprofessional!

The manager went above and beyond to correct my order which was placed through DoorDash. She was so friendly and made my day, which I thought was going to be a really hard Monday. Thank you for being so friendly and having amazing customer service! You are a ROCKSTAR!

So I'm not writing as a customer but as a delivery person. I'm currently here picking up for doordash and man oh man, it's busy and HOT. There's no AC in here. There's two workers. I'm picking up from TOGOs and his name is big Al from what I see in his name tag. The other lady is blonde haired and working in the baskin robin area but she is helping him out. The order I'm picking up has 16 items! That's a lot and then there's a lot of ppl here as it's lunch time. I am writing because I see how fast they're working to get it the orders done. They're working pretty fast and I'm sure they're hot as I am and I'm just standing here. I'm writing because I feel like this is understaffed and maybe if they had one other person they could work where they aren't so rushed. And all this is before I even reached them and even after. I hope the establishment considers make their employees workplace more manageable. I appreciate the workers calmness and kindness. And all the customers in line before and after me were patient with them today but I'm sure other days/-they might experience impatient ones. 5 stars to these two workers for handling us customers well and working as efficiently as they can. I feel bad watching them rush to make everyone's meal so pls consider adding another worker to ease the lunch time rush....

Arrived at six, it was not packed. The prices are well within reason for the quality. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I liked.

Service was extremely slow, only 2 employees working between Togo's and Baskin Robbins. However the older gentleman working there was very pleasant!

I ordered a curbside takeout order. The sandwich was the CA Club. It was hands down one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever had! Way better than Subway or Jersey Mike's! Don't forget brownie points for doing curbside pick up. A lot of restaurants of this kind do not offer the service and during Covid it's places like this that I will frequent more because they are putting forth the effort to offer options for customers who would rather not dine in or enter the establishment.
