I'm pretty much a regular here on the weekends and my server today was Elyssa. Elyssa was extremely cordial and attentive. She was made sure my order was prepared to my liking and also made sure I had everything I needed, all with a sincere and genuine smile. Elyssa is an absolute delight and an asset to the Tommy Bahama team.

The food use to be great, but for the last few months their menu has declined. We use to eat here all the time but their food seems to be made with no care.

Alfonso has the greatest customer service l ever encountered. We will definitely be back because of him. If you are shopping in Fashion Valley Mall, this is a great spot to stop by and have a drink really nice and cozy place and atmosphere.

...somethin funky happened with my water, I drank more than half if it before I saw some black stringy floaty things swirling around in the cup. I immediately informed the bartender and she asked if they were bugs before pouring it out immediately so I wasn't able to take a photo. Check your water before you drink it ?

The coconut shrimp is only 4 lil shrimps but they were really good!! Luckily I wasn't sharing, plus that excellent little crunchy salad in the middle made up for it. The food/service is excellent but the water may not be safe...

Zach was our server. Very friendly and attentive. Brian is a regional manager - stopped by to make sure everything was good. I remembered him from about a year ago. He’s also super friendly. Always good to see him.

This was my first time visiting this Tommy Bahama location in San Diego. I was pleasantly impressed! Our server Nick was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to constantly check on me and my fiancé. He even gave us a free dessert for my birthday. The Mai Tai and Coconut Shrimp was delicious! We will definitely be back!
