Loved the store with super cute clothes for your female loved ones and bright colors for men but no big and tall. Loved the live music! The manager Ridicchio was hospitable and informative. We didn't have any food so I can't comment. And FYI make sure to check-in up front at mall entrance to start your tab.

Super rude staff I had not even been here 1 min and they ruined my brothers visit and wife bday. They told us not to block the passage .

I’ve been trying to reach the restaurant regarding a billing issue but haven’t been able to get through. I wanted to provide the details here for clarity.

I visited the restaurant for a quick meal while shopping at Fashion Valley. I really enjoy the food there. it’s convenient while shopping, and the quality is always better than expected.

During my visit, I opened a tab with my credit card and told the server I would be paying in cash, but I had to use my credit card to keep the tab open. After the meal, I paid the full amount in cash. I clearly remember because the server asking if I needed change, and I said, No, you can keep it. So I’m absolutely sure the payment was completed in cash.

However, I later noticed a charge on my credit card. I want to make things right, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone to address this. If I hadn’t checked my credit card bill, I wouldn’t have even known I was double charged. It was really disappointing experience and I would appreciate a response to resolve this.

Not sure why all the great reviews, some of the slowest service I have experienced in a long time.

I have been coming to Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar since it was opened in Fashion Valley and without a doubt today was the best experience I’ve ever had. The music was great, food was on point and drinks were like always superb. What really stood out today from any other day was the great service I received from Elyssa. She was very interactive with her costumers and had clear knowledge of the menu and recommended multiple things. I have truly never experienced such a great customer service and friendliness from a staff member in any location like I did today with Elyssa. I sat on the first seat by the check in so I witnessed her treating everyone with such a welcoming attitude smile, knowledge and respect. Tommy Bahama is very lucky to have her as part of the staff and hope to continue seeing her there

Really did not have high expectations because of the mall setting, but Manny the bartender serves a perfect very dry martini. The swirling of the vermouth! Also very much enjoyed the chopped salad, chicken wings, and live music.

Just want to say Zach the bartender is awesome. He’s always nice and professional.

Pretty busy for being a weekday. Pretty good happy hour drinks. Very attentive bartenders. I'll go again!
