Pretty much every order was wrong. Slow service. Didn't feel welcomed. Wait staff looked annoyed when we asked for napkins, ketchup and mustard.

We held a wedding reception at the Truckstop this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect!! We would absolutely use this venue again. The staff was amazing and everything went off without a hitch! Could not recommend this restaurant enough. Oh, and side note, food was DELICIOUS! Still thinking about the pork sliders. So good!!

I walked by this place around brunch-time and the scent from the restaurant is what drew me in. It's a very cute western-themed restaurant with a nice atmosphere. We were seated without a wait for a table for two and were tended to in good timing. The prices are honestly great. Each item on the brunch menu was about $15, a total steal for beach-side dining. They don't have many gluten-free alternatives since they have a smaller menu, but the quality of food definitely compensates for the limited menu. The food came out in amazing timing and was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend their scrambles; everything tasted extremely fresh. My only downside was that our server had gone on break and our table was then left unattended for the 30 minutes she was gone. I'm sure it was just a miscommunication between staff, but with the corner table we were seated at it was hard to flag someone over. After the 30 minutes she came by to help us out again. Overall the theme and food was incredible. Unfortunately our corner table got a little lost in the rush, but I would definitely come back for the food and the atmosphere.

Honestly great location. Food was limited. And taste was bland. We got a little of everything from burrito to simple breakfast. Eggs were boxed eggs not fresh. It was ok experience.

Went in for bottomless mimosas and brunch with a friend. Had their avocado toast. It tasted amazing but under cooked. The staff was very friendly. Great location and beautiful calm atmosphere. Then everything went down hill. I only had 2 mimosas over an hour and half of my food, and suddenly became very ILL. Very disoriented and lethargic and started violently puking, had to have my husband come get me because I couldn’t walk, the staff claimed I was sloppy. Because I went lethargic from my allergy to pineapple. I got food poisoning and had a major allergic reaction. Because they cross contaminated both my drinks with an allergen I informed them of, and my food with undercooked meat and eggs. I felt as if I had been drugged. I spent the following 24 hours deathly Sick. This was a GREAT way to spend my vacation. And I 10/10 don’t recommend! Did I mention they double charged me too.

“Bottomless mimosas” don’t even meet the industry standard of 2 hours. They either serve one bottle or 1hr 30 min time limit. They won’t mention any of that in advance. Just take the bottle because they are understaffed and will slow roll drinks to your table. Food has gone down hill in quality and really highlights how poorly located the restaurant is.

Pretty reasonably priced for large portion sizes; great service; fast cooking; cute interior (truckstop themed) and booths!! Underrated / not too crowded. They bring out hush puppies (churro bites?) for free as an appetizer instead of bread. I got the carne asada burrito and my friends got the steak and eggs. Steak came sizzling on a separate skillet over bell peppers and I’d recommend it over the burrito although both were good. Only reason not giving 5 stars is because food was not exceptional but pretty good!

Good food. I had the country steak and eggs, and the Benedict. Worth a shot when you are here in mission Beach.
