Tasty sandwich and fries at a good price; great cold drafts selection; terrific, attentive staff all around. Great place to watch a game too.

Service on a Saturday was very weak, 1 person behind the bar servicing a full house. 1 person running food, bar lady wasn’t happy to be at work. Great potential but disappointed with overall service and attitude

It was my first time in this bar . And I would definitely not come back and definitely not recommend this bar.
They let in guys that hit women at this bar.
And they dont do anything about it.
Is really dangerous and not secure at all if you are a woman or part of the lgtbq community. Don't go there.
Be careful if you see this guy in that bar.
He hit women.

We had a wonderful time at True North! Our server, Nico, was absolutely fabulous!! He was extremely attentive and kind. Very fair prices as well! Our dog was welcomed with open arms and even offered a water bowl. It is a great place to watch the game. We will certainly be back again soon!

I came here with a group of friends, but the security guard didn't let us in. He said his boss received a message not to allow us entry. I asked if his boss was white, and he confirmed with a yes. I replied, "Makes sense." He then mentioned it was because of an incident involving a drunk girl at another location. I explained that the drunk girl who threw up had already been picked up and wasn't with us. He apologized.
The owner of 619 Brewery called the owner of True North, (another white owner) and told him not to let our group of Mexican girls in. This is very racist. The person who caused the issue was already taken care of and wasn't part of our group. Why are the bridesmaid and her friend being judged over someone else’s actions? It's super racist of the owner!!
I will advise friends not to visit this location. Please check the 619 Brewery review to see the full story. Imagine your sister-in-law being drunk and throwing up, and then everyone in your group being kicked out. It’s a bar! People drink! Yet, the True North manager, who is also white, was called to not let Mexican girls in?… LOL please don’t do taco Tuesday if you hate Mexicans so much. SMH. Sad and immature.

First time here with friends who frequent with their kickball team. Honestly it was such great vibes. The bar tenders were attentive and so sweet. DJ Dub was playing and it was such a vibe. Clean. Classy. Vibey. Can’t wait to go back.
The bartender/server was great. She was attentive and got our complex order perfect without writing anything down. The fries were done perfectly and the burgers were good. The music was kind of loud for lunch. It would have been nice to talk to each other during the meal. The only reason I would not go back is it took far too long to find parking too far away.

We had the most fun with our server Tamara, went above and beyond to get us everything we needed and was so happy doing so. Hilarious sense of humour and a real character who made our night so much more fun, we’ll be back

I went on Sunday. It was super busy. Like out of seats busy by 1pm. So if you're going to watch football, I'd go early. Nice big tavern. Outdoor space, and I guess a big hidden patio where the group I was supposed to meet was, but no one knew where they were. They actually had the beer I like ($9 for a draft). And the people looked like all ages. The bartenders were nice, and the food was quick. The loaded tots ($10) were delicious. And there's a 5 story parking structure across the street that was pretty cheap.
