This was our first time trying Trust; what a wonderful experience. Andrew helped us and was great explaining the chef's concepts and answering any questions we had. My husband was thrilled to be able to have an outstanding Vieux Carré. Everything we ordered was fantastic from the roasted carrots to the ox-tail raviolini and the rib-eye. They even accommodated Neo the wonder puppy with a burger patty. Superior service, food, and ambiance; what's not to love!
Always an amazing experience at Trust. We rarely drive down from North County but when we do, it is often to dine at Trust. Crudo was a fresh and perfect starter followed by the smoky carrots and brisket. They curry sauce on the brisket was unique and delicious. Shrimp and sausage though is on a whole new level. Finish the night with fluffy and creamy profiteroles. So good.
Trust is always a good choice for brunch or dinner . Our favorites are the albacore tartare, roasted cauliflower, and the happy hour cheese burger. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the ambiance is simple but well done, and the food is delicious every time. There isn't a designated parking area but we always find a spot on the street within a block.
