Have been coming to this place for 20 years. Long term staff are super friendly. Ownership changed last year and the new owners need better customer service skills! I know they ( like all service industry outlets) are having a hard time filling positions but sad to see some staff with no customer service skills. Came in one afternoon at the Park Street location and waited 4 minutes at counter before the two staff people saw me . They were too busy chatting about “that band”....
This coffee shop is an established spot in the community.. you can feel the love, see the love, and know you are loved just as you are.There are games, cards, social groups, meeting spots, the most incredible butter biscuits, holy cow wonderful ..The staff here are welcoming... Seriously there is just love all around this place
A lovely little cafe/coffee shop with even lovelier staff! As a visiter to the area i was overwhelmed with ever new shop I entered. The Baristas on staff at the time, Trenton and Angela were so patience, sweet and helpful! I was brave and got the iced pistachio and orange chia latte with oat milk! It was a balance of sweet and nutty and kept me cool later when walking about outside!
