This is a really cute coffee shop with many vegan options. Unfortunately I got here pretty late and they were mostly done serving. I got a vegan banana muffin which was very good.

I enjoy the summit fever, forager, and the simple caramel latte every now and then. I really also like the Cosmic Daydream, the dirty Chai, and now the vegan Vietnamese. You really can't go wrong with any drink!

My complaint is about the extremely rude girls who work there early in the morning. I usually come there and enjoy a coffee in the morning, and it’s great, but every time I come in and these 2 younger women are working it is usually an unpleasant experience as they aren’t as welcoming as the other staff I have encountered there. A little while ago I came in and asked a question about one of the drinks (If it contained caffeine or not) and the one blonde woman seemed annoyed by the question and said yes. That was fine, the part that bothered me was when I turned around to get a table, I heard one of the 2 woman mock my question to the other in a voice and they both laughed. I was deeply embarrassed and ended up leaving with my coffee and haven’t been back since. I hope that this behavior isn’t common but it unfortunately has made me feel too uncomfortable to come back.

Everyone is always so kind, the coffee is magnificent, the pastry and food options are great . They have a beautiful gift shop area . Every time I visit , I leave inspired to disconnect from technology and go spend some time in nature .

I went here often while attending SDSU, and just came back to study because I was in the area. It was really peaceful and I was reminded why I like this place so much. The coffee, food, and service has always been stellar. The staff members are really nice and helpful, and the coffee always tastes great, no matter what drink you get. I really appreciate that they have macadamia milk, something you don't always see at coffee spots. I got the Hash & Cheese today and it was flavorful and filling. The atmosphere has gotten a lot better since I was last here (it's been a while). I really like the new chairs they've gotten since they're a lot more comfortable, and the new artwork on the wall solidifies the cozy and inviting vibe you get when you're there. I also love their merch and stickers. I still have one of their corduroy hats I got back around 2022. I definitely recommend Ultreya and plan to come back sometime soon! Thanks so much for the great food and vibes!
