this is a chain cheesecake shop I like in many countries I visited. They have samples on the counter for you to taste. In addition to the original and chocolate, I like their ube flavor!

The cheesecakes here are so good. Super soft, moist, and fluffy! They’re slightly sweet, which is so addicting. I love the original flavor the most. The pandan one wasn’t that good. The strawberry burnt basque cakes is also very good. It’s better than the original one. Parking sucks though because the shop shares a small lot with many other stores, so it’s always difficult to find parking unless you come right when they open.

The cheese tarts are amazing. The crust is like a shortbread, the filling is airy but cheesy and subtly sweet. You can taste the differences between each flavor. I would definitely go here again. When you get them fresh the filling is barely set and still gooey.

We got ube cookies and a regular size cheesecake to go. The cookies were totally delicious. The clerk however was rude and had a big attitude which I don’t understand because we were there a total of 4 minutes maybe and it was about to be 7pm so they still had an hour to go. There was no other one else there. I’d rather take my business elsewhere if they dane to give service.

First time coming here, tried the sample of the Ube cheesecake and it was amazing. Asked for one of the mini Oreo basque cheesecakes and after arriving at home, found out we only got a partial one? This one was obviously put out for sampling because it's cut up, has toothpick holes in each piece and is missing a piece. Afraid to even try it if it was sitting out for the public, so wasted $13 for a mini cheesecake. Not a great first impression.

I just came back from my japan trip and been on a mission to find Japanese cheese cake, I've tried a couple places but none are the same or even close, uncle tetsu's strawberry one was pretty close on the texture , and the flavor was pretty good!

Love this spot! The workers are always so nice and the cheesecake so delicious! I always get the ube cheesecake?. Me and my husband made the mistake of only buying one cake the other day and were both disappointed when we finished it that same day! ?
