The rudest staff I have ever encountered. The bartender was VERY selective of what type of people he would serve, and who he wouldn't serve. It was unbelievable.

I waited at the To Go checkout for nearly 30 minutes for a grab and go sandwich at San Diego airport in the United terminal. The bartender was also supposed to wait on To Go customers. He ignored me for 1/2 hour then told me he didn’t need to serve me and that I had a bad attitude after I watched customers sit down and get served for 30 minutes. But I was ignored. What prompted that was when I asked if he could ask the manager to help and he told to stop being difficult, that he’d get to me when he could. Then He said he doesn’t have to serve me and that I should get to the airport earlier. I was not rude or disrespectful. Your employee however was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never go to your restaurant again and I’m going to share this review on Yelp and Google and every platform. I recommend nothing about this place. I bought the sandwich for my wife who threw it away because it was bad.

The bartender who served me literally stole $10 from me. I wanted her to break a $10 bill so I could tip her 5, but she claimed that I only gave her a $1 bill. What?? If a manager is reading this, check your register/til or cameras maybe - I bet your $10 dollars over reported sales for 3/7/24. Don’t care about the money really, but the lady bartender was extremely rude about the whole situation and I need to review (as I don’t do this often). She’s a middle-aged Asian woman, tried to be nice to her, but she clearly had a bad day or something. Will find a drink elsewhere at the airport from now on as I frequent SAN often. Not happy at all.

PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE (read the reviews!):The bartender on the afternoon of 02/25 was friendly and was attentive. However, that was where the positive experience ended. Everything we ordered was expensive and terrible, except for the beer from another restaurant in the airport (Stone Brewery) and the fries. We ordered the macho nachos and it was nacho cheese from a can with very overcooked chicken, sour cream, and a light sprinkling of onions and tomato. These were $18. I ordered the BBQ sandwich and it was a very sweet sloppy Joe for the price of $18.99. The cocktail I ordered was over $20 and the liquors did not work together. Plus a 2% extra charge to the whole bill for staffing/retention, but there were only two people working there. Transfer the bartender to another restaurant and shut this place down.

Ordered from the take out line walked right up placed an order for a bowl of soup and pretzels. I generally allow for error as I have been a service worker before. 3 people that ordered after me got their food. After 30 minutes I followed up and they told me just waiting on the soup. First of all…. It’s soup. You scoop it and serve it. No one is hand making this soup. Then 5 minutes later they ask me what I want instead of pretzels. We are now 40 minutes after I order and they are just telling me they don’t have it. While waiting another 10 minutes for the soup and chicken tenders they offered instead of a refund my wheelchair bound partner had to board without me. To top it all off she then spilled half of the soup in the bottom of the bag…. Tried to hide it and tried to send me on my way. After 40 minutes $40 and extreme frustration I left with a half an order of soup( it didn’t get replaced of course) and something I didn’t even order. Terrible for the only food option in the terminal. Insane.

The only restaurant post security in this part of the airport and 0 vegetarian options. The airport should consider replacing itVegetarian options: Absolutely no vegetarian options

It's a busy airport the place was packed. Service was prompt, friendly, polite. Food came out fast, was pretty good(1 burger/fries), soda and draft beer ($37- thanks in part to California laws) Kudos that they use compostible utensils and straws.

It's tough to have any motivation to make real food then you're the only option. Chicken tenders and fries taste like they're straight from the freezer. Cheeseburger tastes like something from the McDonald's value menu. Also, there is a 2% extra surcharge for employee benefits, don't know if that's just a San Diego thing or what, but stupid nonetheless.

Terrible food , I'm not sure what kind of meat they use but it was overcooked and it was tough , French fries were bad also and it's overpriced. Servers are attentive though. Should've gone to 'in n out'

Peter was my bartender and he provided excellent service! I noticed that he tried the drink with a straw before serving it to me. Peter was also comedic and engaged with his customers which I very much apprceated because A lot of bartenders just serve you your food or drink and then walk away. So it seems like a transaction. Peter interacts with his customers which makes it more of a personable experience. Individuals like Peter are an assett to any team and should be recognized as such.Didn't leave any stars for food only because I didn't order any food just drinks.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant during a long traveling day. The staff was consistently rude, especially when I inquired about ingredients for my son who has food allergies. The pricing seemed unreasonable – $65 for a hamburger and salad. The fries were undercooked, and when I requested the receipt twice, I was denied. Overall, a frustrating visit due to poor customer service and inflated charges. Consider providing staff with additional training on handling inquiries politely. Emphasize the importance of accommodating reasonable requests, like providing receipts.Dietary restrictions: If you have allergies or dietary restrictions don’t try to eat here. Very rude and un accomadating.
