We ate dinner here tonight at the Sacramento location on Fair Oaks The service was horrible and the food was awful. We had three in our party and the first dinner was delivered 15 minutes before the other two. The rice was burnt and overall it was a bad experience. We won’t be back!
Over the years the Wild Ahi Niçoise Salad has been getting worse and worse. The slices of tuna have been reduced to a few random pieces and the salad of organic artisan lettuce tonight was a few pieces arugula and the rest sticks that maybe once were leafy green arugula. It used to be a wonderful refreshing salad. Now, I'll not order it again. Sad.
We had a great dining experience at Urban Plates in Long Beach. Mariana explained the menu choices in a very unrushed manner, and we decided on the steak. I ordered the Chimichurri grass-fed steak with balsamic brussel sprouts and herb-roasted potatoes. All of it was delicious ( and healthy too!). The deserts were absolutely killer too. We will definitely eat here again next time we're in Long Beach.

Urban Plates offers a great menu selection and delicious food with a lot of healthy options. The environment is calm and welcoming. Staff are friendly, helpful, and so kind. Robert is known for his excellent, attentive, and amazing service. Customers appreciate the good WiFi and ample parking, making it a good spot to work. The food is tasty, fresh, and delivered very quickly. The Plate Pass is available for frequent diners.
