Not of the World
Came to pick up an order. One employee was very nice however another lady was extremely rude. She threw one of the table numbers into the bin right where I was standing. This was completely unnecessary as all of was doing was following the directions of the original employee who asked me to follow her to pick up the order. I will never eat here.

LOVED LOVED LOVED their power veggie salad! If I could afford, and if they had more vegetarian salads, I would eat here all day everyday!!
One star less because most salads have meat / fish by default. We need more vegetarian salads!!
& if you are trying to get it delivered, you can remove the meat/fish but have to pay more to add a vegetarian protein. Wish they would keep the base same and charge separately for the proteins added.
They need more variety of natural vegetarian sources of protein, & healthier bread options (sourdough, multigrain seeded).
I hope and pray they are able to open more branches, are able to expand their menu and make healthy food accessible to all!!

Every week for the last 2 years - I have my fellow coworkers order online - I make a run to pick up lunch for approximately 5 to 10 people a week...the food is great - the staff is friendly, professional and our orders are perfect every time!! Cheers to Urbane Cafe!!

Went for the first time last night. The food was decent but the service was anything but. We sat outside and the table behind us was asking for a refund. It seems there was a lot of confusion/delay with their order. When ours was brought, one bowl had feta when the order taker had repeated to us, no feta. Another was missing the bread. It just seemed like there was a lack of management or something. Won’t be back.
