1-28-26, came in around 5:30pm. No one was in the restaurant. Three workers there. Got the soup/salad combo. Soup came out luke warm. Asked if they had a microwave and the male worker said they would heat it up. I ate my salad and they forgot about my soup. Again I repeat, I was the only person in there. I told the male which I assume was the manager to keep my soup. He asked if I wanted a refund for my soup. I said no thanks and left.
I ordered the pollo bowl it was very delicious and healthy packed with protein and flavor was on point and portion was a decent size also pretty affordable i will be going back there again my experience was great

The food was amazing, I had the kids grilled cheese sandwich with BBQ Chips, not your regular grilled cheese, with amazing chewy bread. Overall, quite amazing. Totally recommend!

How this place is rated so highly is beyond me. As soon as you walk through the doors you're blasted by a musty spoiled smell.
The place was dirty, dishes were stacked, employees had personal belongings on the tables. The tri-tip sandwich was dry, bread was stale. And the grilled cheese was without a doubt the saddest grilled cheese I've ever seen.
