Been going here for a couple years now. Love their salads!
The only thing I don’t particularly like is their bread that they provide with their salads and make their sandwiches from. It is too dense and heavy for my taste and it somewhat defeats the purpose of trying to eat lite if that’s what you’re after. I prefer a much lighter, more airy style of bread, particularly with sandwiches, and wish that were an option. If I’m wrong that there are no other options (except the gluten free) then I stand corrected.

Came here with my son on Valentines day and happen to meet the manager Bryan who went above and beyond for my first time at this establishment. Love the place, always loved the food. Very consistent and fast. One thing, I noticed is that they forgot my item of food until I mentioned it because another customer that

I had a truly touching experience at Urbane Cafe today. When placing my order, I mentioned that the last time I had this sandwich, it wasn’t made properly, and I politely requested that it be prepared well this time.
I was genuinely taken by surprise by the response from Bryan C., who was taking my order. Without hesitation, he told me he wouldn’t charge me for the sandwich—even though I repeatedly insisted that I should pay. His integrity, kindness, and customer-first attitude truly touched my heart.
What made the experience even more special was that Bryan personally came outside to hand over my order. He was incredibly polite, warm, and sincere, and he made sure the sandwich was prepared perfectly this time.
It’s rare to witness such genuine care and willingness to make things right. This experience left a lasting impression on me, and I’m truly grateful. Thank you, Bryan for reminding me what exceptional customer service really looks like.
