This is a great spot in Mira Mesa if you're looking for quick but healthy sandwiches, salads, or soup. I appreciate the listed calories and the staff is very friendly. I got a UC Banh Mi sandwich subbing the salad with the tomato bisque, and it was delicious!

I find so annoying that you can order online and pick up early but if you stop by the shop before 11 AM they will not attend you until after they “open” but anyone that ordered online would have their food ready… what is the logic behind that?

I've ordered delivery, to go and curbside orders about four times from here since last month so clearly I'm a fan. The Baja enchilada soup is soooo good and I can't make an order without it. I've had the ahi tuna bowl, cilantro chicken salad and salmon salad. My favorite is the ahi tuna salad, there's a huge amount of ahi and it seemed fresh and the flavor was incredible! The salads are crisps and flavorful too and I'll definitely order them again. The interior is so clean and quiet and cozy and I plan to dine in occasionally. The employees are always friendly and the cookies are exceptional, like better than crumbl and the dragon fruit aqua Fresca is delectable. I clearly love this place and will support it for a long time! I do wish there were more vegan options tho.

Nice, quick spot for lunch. The salad tasted fresh; however the seared ahi tasted slightly cold like it was seared early in the day. But not enough for me to take out 1 star. The place was clean and service was good. We're happy. Reminded me of Garden of Eatin at NorCal.

They have so many good sandwiches, and everything can be modified as vegetarian, which is great. Their sandwich is fresh and crisp. I have always ordered to go, so I never cared about the seating or other ambiance. Service has been good so far.

Good friendly service, food came out quickly. BBQ tri-tip sandwich was tasty but too saucy imo. Chipotle aioli was pretty spicy. Nice space with lots of seating and good lighting; music wasn't too loud.
