Average to slightly below Neapolitan style pizza. Sauce had a good flavor, but was a little too thick, as if they cooked it too long. Crust was good. Mozzarella was very sparse (even fire Neapolitan standard). The basil was cooked on the pizza, which really only works if you soak it in salt water beforehand, which they didnt.
AMAZING! Hired the food truck for a last minute gathering and it was the best decision! They were on time with setup, timed the pizzas perfectly and our guests crushed them. Highly highly recommend!! We will most definitely be using them again.
We had URBN catering come to a private party of about 25 people last night. We had contracted for pizza, salad and cannolis. I talked to Michael extensively about the cannolis beforehand and they were just as delicious as I had hoped. The crew of John and George were fantastic at our event! They kept serving up hot and tasty pizzas (lots of different varieties) and making sure the salad was well stocked. They even asked me if anyone had any special food needs (vegan, no nuts etc)...
