I ordered a cone with two flavors and they did not explain to me that it was not possible, unless I had bought a medium one, I would have paid for it with pleasure although it was impossible to change from small to medium, we had people on top of us, it was Monday, it was not so busy, they could improve their service.

Overall Venchis cremino gelato is 10/10 is my favorite . The only thing I don’t like is there always a long line to go in after 6pm so I end up at somi somi ?. During lunch time there’s usually no line. Plan accordingly …..
