The food is truly excellent, but the tap water is so unappetizing that you can identify it as tap water purely by its smell.
Update: visited again recently, the water quality improves a lot, I feel it's either bottled water or good filtered water, no more tap water!!

The sour and Spicy shredded potato was just so-so. The flavor was plain. I would not recommend it. The Chicken intestines and hunan stir fried pork are really spicy. They are good along with white rice. BUT they are BOTH SALTY. Really salty. You have to drink lots of water. Many people have recommended this Chinese restaurant and they think this is the best Chinese restaurant in San Diego. If so, I would say maybe Chinese restaurants here are less competitive than I expected....
