Been coming to San Diego for work for over half a decade and SD discount nutrition/ vitality tap is a daily pit stop whenever I’m here. The ownership and staff are absolutely wonderful people and the product selection, smoothies, and bites are second to none. My personal favorite smoothie is the lunch box with vanilla whey and creatine added!
I ordered the veggie bagel and a pumpkin smoothie with vegan protein. Really nice for a quick, healthy lunch. Mostly smoothies and coffee, there's not a ton of food options.
The cafe is inside a nutrition store that does carry some vegan protein powders, preworkout, etc. for sale.
A highly recommended place. The beagles are delicious and with very good coffee. Many delicious and healthy options. The service is very good and David speaks Spanish, he is very attentive.
