I live near here so I visit often. Lately the chili always has uncooked crunchy beans.
The night time cashier at the window (moat nights) is really unfriendly.
But overall it's fine for a Wendy's.
All fast food is getting too expensive
It's a solid Wendy's experience. Food is exactly how you would expect. Service was good. The place is rarely busy on the inside, sometimes you can have a little bit of a line in the Drive-Thru, but there's always plenty of seats inside.
Wendy's Biggie Bag is the best value in town!
Night shift manager is extremely rude to customers and rushes them to order

I CLEARLY SAID BACONATOR FRIES , SHE RUSHED AND ORDERED A BACONATOR BURGER. THEN SITS AND ARGUES WITH ME UNPROFESSIONALLY

As far as fast food goes, this place is one of the best fresh ingredients always on time
I don't leave reviews of fast food places unless something is wrong, but today the manager Jennifer went out of her way to make my dining experience exceptional and I gotta say thank you!
Just be sure to check your order before leaving the drive thru. On multiple occasions my order has been wrong.

I was quite disappointed to discover that I was charged $12.79 for a sandwich I ordered for $3.99. While I understand it was my mistake not to ask for a receipt at the time, I was surprised to find such a significant discrepancy.
I returned to the restaurant the next day, but unfortunately, the manager couldn’t assist me without a receipt. Although I appreciate their understanding, I was unable to receive a refund.
However, the manager was kind enough to offer me a complimentary meal on my next visit.
A valuable lesson: Always ask for a receipt, even if you think it’s unnecessary. It can save you from potential issues like this one.

I frequent this location primarily due to its proximity to my home, making it a convenient option. However, the service consistently falls short of basic expectations. The staff often displays a lack of attentiveness when answering questions or ensuring accuracy in orders. Nearly every visit results in an issue—whether it’s incorrect items, missing sauces, or unprofessional behavior from the employees.
Despite my best efforts to avoid this location, I occasionally return with the hope that improvements have been made. Unfortunately, the quality of service remains unchanged. It appears that poor management may be at the root of these issues. The staff does not seem to receive adequate training, or perhaps on-duty managers fail to provide proper oversight. Either way, this location consistently fails to meet acceptable standards of customer service.
