They disregard the walk-in customers been waiting to long for good an there very rude. Makes me mad, I would like some food, got the money for it. So.. Poor service, poor atmosphere, re-educational for the training and customer care should be looked at....

Every time I’ve gone to Wendy’s, the hamburgers have been on point. Always fresh, juicy, and just really good. I’ve never had a bad one. Honestly, if I’m craving a burger, I know I can count on Wendy’s to come through. Simple as that.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. First, the restroom was in terrible condition and apparently, the staff has no control over it, which is unacceptable for any restaurant. Clean and accessible restrooms are a basic standard, and this one was far from it. Poor costumer service.
Main entree was good, although the fries were a bit too crispy (overcooked?) and the napkin holder needed filling. The location was a bit out of the way, but it was clean. Our server, Jahir, was entertaining, and reminded us of one of the Marx Brothers (Harpo), a comedy act from the 1930's.

Wastes bags on dine-in orders, but otherwise okay. The review suggesting it is at a truck stop is wildly off, that is at Pilot Travel Center near Otay Mesa. This one is in front of Ross in Mission Valley. The staff is polite and the restaurant is clean.
